We live in a wonderful, unique neighborhood comprised of a great community of people! The Lindenwood Homeowners Association is a voluntary group formed to benefit all of us with community activities, distribution of information, and beautiful grounds. To ensure the success of our continued efforts we need your help. Your annual membership dues enable the Association to pay for:

Monthly Mowing, Landscaping, and Maintenance

Irrigating and Maintaining System

Gardening and Mulching Bed
-
Insurance
-
Electrical and Water
-
Recurring Monthly Expenses

Professional Fees
-
Social Events
Please communicate your ideas/concerns at lindenwoodomahahoa@gmail.com. If you would like to be more involved, consider volunteering during an activity and/or to be on the board.
Lindenwood 2024 HOA Dues
The 2024 Lindenwood Homeowner Association dues are due August 15th. Your payment must be postmarked or received at the address below by August 15th, 2024 or a $25 late fee will be assessed.

Pay your Lindenwood HOA dues online securely using PayPal. A processing fee of $3 will be added to each transaction. Please note that a $25 late fee will be added August 16th. Please complete the payment form below.
If you are paying your dues on time, the amount will be $203 ($200 HOA dues + $3 processing fee) or, if paid after August 16, $228 ($200 HOA dues + $3 processing fee + $25 late fee).
